Camarena Winter Paloma

Ingredients
1.5 oz. Camarena Silver
2 oz. Cranberry juice
1 oz. Pomegranate juice
Soda water to top

Instructions
Add ingredients (except for soda water) into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake to combine/chill. Strain into a chilled Collins glass over ice. Top with soda water and garnish with a lime wheel.

Camarena Apple Cider Margarita

Ingredients
1.5 oz. Camarena Reposado
.5 oz. Orange liqueur
4 oz. Apple cider
.5 oz. Lime juice
1 Tsp. Maple syrup

Instructions
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice and shake together to combine/chill. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass rimmed with cinnamon sugar. Garnish with apple slice, rosemary and cinnamon stick.

Camarena Manhattan

Ingredients
1.5 oz. Camarena Añejo
.5 oz. Sweet vermouth
1 Tsp. Cherry juice
Dash of bitters

Instructions
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice. Stir and strain into a chilled rocks glass.
Garnish with cherry.
