INGREDIENTS
1.5 oz. Camarena Silver
1 oz. Lime juice
1 oz. Orange juice
.5 oz. Agave nectar
Bar spoon of mango puree
RIM: Kosher salt and chili powder
INSTRUCTIONS
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake together to combine/chill. Strain into an ice-filled rocks glass rimmed with kosher salt and chili powder.
INGREDIENTS
2 oz. Camarena Reposado
.75 oz. Fresh lime juice
.75 oz. Re’al Pineapple Syrup
1-2 Jalapeño slices
RIM: Tajín®
GARNISH: Pineapple fronds and lime wedge
INSTRUCTIONS
Add ingredients into a cocktail shaker filled with ice, and shake together to combine/chill. Strain into an ice-filled glass rimmed with Tajín® and garnish.

2 oz. Camarena Silver
.5 oz. Triple Sec
.75 oz. Simple syrup or agave nectar
.75 oz. Lime juice
RIM (OPTIONAL): Kosher salt or Tajín®
GARNISH: Lime wheel
INSTRUCTIONS
Add ingredients into a shaker filled with ice, and shake vigorously. Strain into an ice-filled glass (rimmed with kosher salt or Tajín® if desired), and garnish with a lime wheel.
