During his career, Fernando Morientes played for a number of notable clubs, including Real Madrid, Monaco, Liverpool and Valencia. But it was his time with Real Madrid that earned him a reputation as one of Europe's best strikers. He’d go on to score 124 goals over 13 seasons before retiring as a player and switching into management.
