During his career, Fernando Morientes played for a number of notable clubs, including Real Madrid, Monaco, Liverpool and Valencia. But it was his time with Real Madrid that earned him a reputation as one of Europe's best strikers. He’d go on to score 124 goals over 13 seasons before retiring as a player and switching into management. With the goals came three UEFA Champions League titles and two LaLiga titles, as well as the opportunity to represent his country in two World Cups and one European Championship.
